II: Construction Drawings
In this phase detailed project plans are prepared. These instruct contractors exactly how to build the design. A typical set of construction drawings might include plans for the site development, layout, grading, daringage, planting, lighting and construction specifications. These plans are used to solicit construction bids and to obtain permits required by local municipalities. At this point, professionals suchs as soil scientists, structual engineers, or fountain consultants will be brought in if needed.

Artemis handles the bidding process on your behald, sending out sets of drawings and bidding instrucions to reputable contractors and meeting on-site with them as needed. We perform a detailed analysis of all bids recieved, and on that basis recommend contractors to implement the work shown in our plans.
IV: Site Supervision
Artemis is committed to monitoring each project carefully to ensure that all work is done according to specifications and to our high standards of workmanship. We maintain ongoing communication with both contractors and clients to facilitate a smooth, successful construction process.
Supplemental Services
In addition to our standard professional services, Artemis can steer your project through the regulatory process and assist in obtaining permits and appovals. We can prepare specialized documents such as Wetland Mitigation Plans or Coastal Area Management Plans if needed, and we are experienced in facilitating plan reviews and approvals from Planning Boards, Architectural Review Boards, Zoning Boards, Wetland Agencies, and other state and local agencies.
