Inspired by the lasting impressions Mayor Frank Zullo left on the Norwalk community, this custom water feature embodies the metaphor of the ripple effect created by a drop of water, ever expanding from it’s origin. A circular piece of granite, carved with concentric rings that mimic the ripples, is ”floating” in the granite bowl. Water bubbles gently from the center and washes over the smooth circular edge, quietly spilling into the bowl. This fountain becomes the contemplative centerpiece in the Frank Zullo Memorial Rose Garden.
